Our Story
It all started with a click, well a swipe to be more specific - a right swipe that is! Sarah and Brandon’s first interaction was on Tinder where Brandon’s profile read: “Today I will do what others won't, so tomorrow I can do what others can't.” Sarah was instantly drawn to Brandon’s ambition. On July 8th 2015, they went on their first date and from that day, they knew that they would be inseparable... and the rest, as they say, is history!
THE PROPOSAL
Sarah can figure things out quickly, so I told her we were having our 3-year anniversary photoshoot. Sarah loves the water so I wanted to do something special; we drove an hour and half to the beach in Lexington, MI. The photographer had us go to the end of the pier by the lighthouse. Butterflies were definitely in my stomach. We started to take the picture when the photographer had us look out to the water. While Sarah was looking away, I was slowly getting down on one knee. When Sarah first turned around and saw me, she was completely in shock and turned away. When she turned back around I was able to tell her that I have known since day one she was the girl I was going to marry.
